We bridge that gap between when families approach their local council in their time of need and ask for accommodation, to when the council can provide them permanent, long term housing. We work with local landlords where we in turn let their properties to the council to be used for this amazing mission to ensure people have a roof over their head during their toughest time. In return, landlords receive guaranteed regular monthly rent, irrelevant if it is occupied or not.

Sunshine Properties Essex ltd also offers a full property management package including repairs and maintenance and guarantee the property will be returned in the same condition it was let out in.
